GKI Sacramento Youth Group went ice-skating in downtown Sacramento. Preston and Josh showed their skill moving smoothly over the ice board, while Joseph, Luke and Ray were working hard to move forward on the edge of the iron rails. The laughter and joy mixed with enthusiasm made all felt close to one another. Mutual help and motivation were shared, so there was a hope that later at least one of us would become a pro skater (why not?)
Albert did not only drive all of us to the ice rink, but also showed us some tricks, including the do's and don'ts in the arena, which was so crowded. Before departing from the church, the participants along with some parents, including Pricilla, prayed together which was led by Elder Eriyanto. Returning from the outdoor fun, all participated in the holy communion service led by the Rev.. Dr. Tiwa-Rotinsulu Deetje. It was fun!:)
